I didn't know Somer Renee Thompson, but I did after the news broke she was missing. I followed the news daily, hourly.
I felt helpless, cold and shaky, I began to pray. I cried and prayed for God to please bring this lil angel home to her family.
Well my prayer was answered she did come home but not the result I picked!
I attended 2 Candle light vigils for Somer, sadness is still with me and the thought her parents had to experience this tragedy is overwhelming is all I can describe.
I love my children and 10 grandchildren. I have one grand Somer's age. I think of her and Thank God mine are all safe for now, but the thought that it could be any of us the next time is fresh again.
Too many of our children are disappearing with the only consolation of knowing they went to Heaven.
I pray for Somer's mom and dad, siblings and family. May they find peace and comfort in the Lord and friends and family.
