I am excited I have the parents building their nest in my backyard. My first ever seeing these beautiful birds. I watched them build and found they were carrying snake skins in the nest which I thought was string until I looked at the photos. She made several trips with snake skin... They do this to deter predators. Enjoy I will post more as they lay eggs and hatch...
